I think the absolute last game released on the 3DS was Persona Q2, which I know nothing about but I hear is good if you like that sort of game. It's probably the most user friendly entry in the series, although it helps that it's one of the few that was released in America and the only one (?) published by Nintendo.

I think Kirby Planet Robo-bobobo-bobobot came late in the machine's life, and it's good, although I'm in the minority who preferred the more traditional Triple Deluxe.
